What’s Included in the Retreat Fee

    Transportation

    Transportation in a van to and from Liberia airport, including drinks on board

    Daily Yoga

    We will do daily yoga by the pool, mats and blocks will be provided

    Two Activities

    Included in your retreat fee, you will get to chose two adventure activities from the list below. Additional activities can be added for a fee (including a massage).

    Dinners

    Each night, we will have a group dinner at some of our favorite local restaurants, including:

    Saturday 2/28 - Posada Margarita

    Sunday 3/1 - Howlers

    Monday 3/2 - Yaya’s

    Tuesday 3/3 - La Luna

    Breakfast or Lunch

    You will have a voucher to El Jardin, the food truck across the street from the compound to use each day as you wish, for breakfast or lunch

    Snacks & Beverages

    The main house will be stocked with healthy snacks, water, coffee, tea and some cocktails, wine and beer for the group to share

    Give Back Program

    A donation will be made on behalf of our retreat group to the families of Pelada in Nosara.

    Free Time in Beautiful Nosara

    You’ll have plenty of downtime on your own to explore our favorite little beach town. Shop, surf, explore as you wish.
