What’s Included in the Retreat Fee

    Transportation

    Transportation in a van to and from Liberia airport, including drinks on board

    Daily Yoga

    We will do daily yoga by the pool, mats and blocks will be provided

    Activities

    So many adventures! Included in your retreat fee is a boat ride exploring the beautiful waters near Nosara. We will be looking for dolphins, sea turtles and whales on this exciting adventure that takes us to the Pink Island for some swimming. Also included in your retreat fee, you will get to choose an adventure from the list below. Additional activities can be added for a fee (including a massage).

    Dinners

    Each night, we will have a group dinner at some of our favorite local restaurants.

    Daily Breakfast & Drinks

    The main house will provide a daily breakfast buffet - a variety of local and healthy options, water, coffee, tea. There will be some wine, beer as well as non- alcoholic options for the group to share.

    Give Back Program

    This year we will be giving back to Nosara Animal Care ( NAC) , the local support organization that cares for dogs and cats in the area through education, adoption and medical care . A donation will be made on behalf of our retreat group to NAC.

    Free Time in Beautiful Nosara

    You’ll have plenty of downtime on your own to explore our favorite little beach town. Shop, surf, explore as you wish.
